Built in 2010, by G and S Marine Incorporated of Lockport, Louisiana (hull #010GS) as the Crystal Cutler for Poling-Cutler Marine Transportation of Freehold, New Jersey. Designed by naval architect Frank Basile and colleagues at Entech and Associates, of Houma, Louisiana for Poling-Cutler Marine Transportation. Powered by two Cummins diesel engines, she is a twin screw tug rated at 1,500 horsepower. Her towing gear consists of a single drum JonRie towing winch. Outfitted with 1,700(ft) of towing wire.
